Crystal Equation has signed on to the nationwide CEO ACT!ON Pledge to act on supporting more inclusive workplaces. In addition to adherence to the CE Diversity and Inclusion Policy, this pledge outlines specific commitments toward:​

Inclusion and Diversity Strategic Plan
In an effort to continue Crystal Equation’s pledge toward embracing diversity while promoting inclusive practices, the Inclusion and Diversity Strategic Plan was formed.

Through staff feedback, research and conversations, the following three-year strategic plan will help achieve Crystal Equation's inclusive goals. The plan provides a shared direction and commitment toward promoting a diverse workforce and building a more inclusive workplace.
