Crystal Equation has signed on to the nationwide CEO ACT!ON Pledge to act on supporting more inclusive workplaces. In addition to adherence to the CE Diversity and Inclusion Policy, this pledge outlines specific commitments toward:
Fostering complex conversations regarding diversity and inclusion
Implementing and expanding unconscious bias education
Sharing best practices
Tracking progress and sharing updates on efforts across the company
As Crystal Equation moves forward, it will continue to focus on new resources, conversations and trainings for staff to increase awareness and provide an open atmosphere for continued learning and development.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan
In an effort to continue Crystal Equation’s pledge toward embracing diversity and equity, while promoting inclusive practices, the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Advancement (IDEA) Committee was formed.
Through staff feedback, research and conversations, the IDEA Committee developed the following three-year strategic plan to help achieve Crystal Equation's diversity, equity and inclusion goals. The plan provides a shared direction and commitment toward promoting a diverse workforce and building a more inclusive workplace, while ensuring fairness, sustainability and accountability.
